Ordered a beef and broccoli this is what they gave me. Told me to screw off because this is how they make it

$7+tax for won ton soup I had two pieces of broccoli two pieces of mushroom and two small won tons and they tasted terrible.

Got it as is my favorite Chinese restaurant and was kind of disappointed. It certainly wasn't the same as when it was open for... eat in. Do not blame them as I think having no in restaurant feedback is the key here. That being said that certainly is noexcuse. It was bland. Will this dictate me eating their food? No, not this time but not saying it will not change my thoughtsnext time. Sadly it is by far my favorite place and not cheap either. Paying for good food is one thing but paying for alrightfood makes me speak out. Them being short staffed may not help but tasting the food would cure it. Their eggrolls were the bestbut just alright. All in all if I were them I would take any feedback and make improvements as needed can only show you aretrying. I am giving 4 stars for now which will go either way depending on the next order. UPDATE Well tried again May 18_22 andstill the same as above but found out they will not be reopening dining room anytime soon as they have no cook I was told. Thisexplains a lot with the bland food. Me I will be waiting for awhile before getting again as is far to expensive to not have agreat experience while eating. It took forever to get my order. Reason given was they were eating lunch. I kid you not that waswhat I was told. Well have to lower rating as well since my order interrupted their lunch. Did not matter about my lunch. Sadlythey took my money and were not busy then!!!! I love the food here. Always have and have continued to get my takeout from double Dragon even after the pandemic shut down the... dining room. However my biggest complaint is the hours. I work out of town and am not home until 7pm....the same time theyclose. When you consider the average work day for at least half the working population of the valley, that means most of us whowork and can afford to buy take out are unable to get anything from this restaurant. Staying open for take out just one hourlonger would greatly increase the profits and customer satisfaction. It's hard to go back to my favorite Chinese restaurant whenthey're never open after I get off work. I have worked in the restaurant industry myself and anyone else who has, knows arestaurants peak money making hours are between 5 and 8. So while the food gets 5 stars from me, it's the fact that they're notstaying open long enough to accomodate those who work regular work hours that received 3 stars. This was my favorite Chinese food restaurant. I kept going even though you can only get take-out. I understand why only... take-out was necessary so I didn't mind, but now everything is open except for this restaurant! I called to ask when they mightopen up again and they couldn't give me an answer.. Now I am beginning to believe this is so they can continue to make moremoney by not opening the doors to dine-in. Went to all you can eat, Friendly service. Amazing food, Greatly what I would expect from a Chinese restaurant. Pleasing inside... scenery. Huge selection for choice to eat, A few Canadian things. And best of all a lovely chocolate fountain. Considering theprices for all you can eat, I'd personally go once in a while. It's pretty pricey. October 2018 Staff is still very friendly but the furniture and decor could really use an upgrade. June 2018 Good basic... Chinese food restaurant. It has a buffet, at least on weekends, which is the faster way to get served. We were just passingthrough town so decided to take the buffet. It had a large variety of menu items and the staff worked really hard at keeping itregularly stocked. The food itself was the basic Canadian/Chinese fare but we had no real complaints. A good salad bar addessert bar. Lots of parking out front which makes for an easy visit. Read more
