Wow! I made an online order on Sunday October 16 to pick up. When I got to Harvey's, it turned out they had closed early at 4pm!... So I thought that the charges wouldn't go through, as they still showed as pending on my credit card. But I was wrong! Just gotcharged the full amount today even though they were closed and I couldn't get my order! Ridiculous! And because there is no wayto get in touch by phone, I'll just have to call my credit card company to dispute it. So annoying! Read more
Very slow, waited about 20 minutes for two burger combos. Restaurant was unclean. Staff made numerous mistakes on other orders... while we waited. Seems to be very understaffed. Do not recommend. Read more
Finally open again ..great staff and tasty burgers. Much better experience than other quick service franchises in area!
Disorganized on the harveys side . Burgers were done and had to wait quite awhile for onion rings and poutine. Staff needs... better direction and stay on each order .no day dreaming allowed while my burger sits and gets cold waiting for other itemsordered. Read more
Tables were all dirty and had to ask the staff to clean them. The fries were overcooked and dry and the burgers were absolutely... disgusting. The chicken nuggets were dry and impossible to chew for my two grand toddlers. Even the soda was warm and flat andthe machine had no ice. It is the first and last time I will ever eat at Harvey's. Today I was feeling like to go on a cruise with my family, and I ended up in Kentville. This was the place which we all decided... to head to. With no regrets, we went inside. The amazing smell you get as you enter is indescribable. The kindness of theemployees is way beyond expectations at a Fast Food restaurant. The freshness and the quality of food is also greatlyappreciated. I will 100% come back here the next time I come by Kentville. Read more
I tried to pay with a gift card, was told it was broken, my mother said a month before they told her the same thing, so had to... pay 60 bucks out of pocket when I had 100 in gift cards. Ordered 3 burgers and a chicken wrap combo. Burger and fries came up,the young lady walks over with a frozen bag if grilled chicken, saying the chicken is frozen and the wrap will take some time soI switched because the other food would have gotten cold. Got the food and the pop machine was broke, had to wait on the serverto get it from the drive through after she finished with other customers, when I got the food home, 5 min away the food wascold, making the fries and onion rings uneatable. The burgers were ok heated up not the fries and rings. I will not eat thereagain. Read more
