Ordered 2 combination plates for pickup. The rice was burnt, and the beef and broccoli was slimy and smelled horid. Attempted to... fix it with the owner and I was told I guess my tastes have changed, we have been long time supporters of Kao ever since theywere in greenwood. Though times are not the best right now its no excuse for poor customer service and worse food. Read more
It took about an hour, so make sure you give plenty of time to call. We got the dinner for six and the wait was well worth it.... We got good portions of everything, veggies seemed nice and fresh, and everything was cooked well. Best chicken balls I've everhad, I will definitely be ordering again sometime! Read more
Fresh food, overall delicious...BBQ was awesome.
So disappointed and how my mother was treated tonight. She bought a dinner for 4 to share with the family. We did not receive a... dinner for 4. We got 4 egg rolls to plates of rice chicken chow mein and another chicken dish. No ribs, no wonton, no beef andbroccoli. When we called to tell them we didn't get the right order they told us we must of because no once else complained andthen hung up on my mom. If we didn't live 20 min away and wait an hour and 40 min for food I would of taken it back and showedthe owner. I'm never ever going to eat there again and wouldn't recommend them.
