I'm not sure what happened at this place, because it used to be decent. Tonight's I went through the drive-thru and ordered a... four piece Meal box and a small popcorn chicken. I asked for all white meat. When I got to the window and paid I waited 5minutes for the lady to tell me that it would be another 5 minutes for white chicken. At this point my child was crying in theback seat so I told them to give me whatever it didn't matter if it was dark or white meat. They recommended the chicken tendersbecause they were white meat and I said fine. When I got home and open the box it was not even half full. I think there werebetween 20 to 30 fries tossed in there. We ordered an 8pc family meal at 5pm on Tuesday. We have always loved KFC but this was horrible. It was obvious that the fries... and chicken were re-heated. They were overcooked and bitter tasting. Not again Will take our business elsewhere. . Read more
We bought a 20 piece Family meal it was so bad we through it out. The chicken was flavorless and small 20 pics filed the... bucket half way up .The fries was cold and mushy the gravey was stringie and clumpy and we have had the same problem with thenew minas site for the past 4 time until you complane then they pull big pieces out .what a terrible place to eat never gohere.i give them a zero star if it would let me. Big Crunch was dry, tough, cold, bun was soggy. Clearly made quite some time before served. Did not eat it threw it out.
I am changing my review written 5 months ago when I had given 5 stars for the service and food quality. This time, we ordered... mighty bucket three weeks ago (8 -8:30pm) oh my god!! What a disaster!! If I had an option to give a negative star, I would givethat. The fried pieces of chicken barely had batter on it. It tasted so oily and old. The chicken was not juicy at all, it wassoo dry and tough! It looked like all the pieces were reheated again and again. I don?t know why they would serve food withcheap quality! The drive through attendant was great but the food was a big disappointment. Slimy lettuce with zero crunch, a small portion of... soggy fries and the worst pasta salad available from any restaurant. I paid over $16 for this double big crunch box. I'm a bigfan of KFC but New Minas is nearly always a disappointment. I don't think I'll be back after this. Read more
