Very greasy and basically cold always greasy every time we go it's greasy maybe they should go to Popeyes for some lessons

Two times in two months that we have tried to get food from Mary Brown's New Minus, they have been sold out of chicken. Neither... time did they post a sign at thedrive through stating they were sold out of chicken. Pathetic way to run a buisness. Read more
Went through their drive thru today, ordered their largest chicken deal. Got home and had nothing but 1 leg, 1 breast, and the... rest was nothing but ribs and wings. The fries were cold and mostly hard. I called and all they though from a $75.00 order, wasto offer me 9 pieces of chicken next time I am there. REALLY? We get Mary Browns at least once a month. This has been a verylarge eye opener for us. I will be calling their head office Monday. And New Minas store just lost our respect and business. Idon't even want to leave 1 star. I hope no one else has to ever spend that much money at this store and gets $*@&$ for chicken.Very poor poor customer service. So disappointing. Read more
I haven't eaten at Mary Brown's very often however I must say I prefer them to Kentucky Fried Chicken. The chicken tenders are... huge and made with real fresh tasty chicken, not the pressed stuff some restaurants use. The coating is yummy and not nearly asgreasy as KFC. They have a good variety of dipping sauces with both traditional and unique flavors. The pricing is a bitexpensive for fast food but is in line with KFC. Given the choice for chicken I would choose Mary Browns over other fast foodplaces. Read more
Food was fine, made my mother sick though. Service was par or sub par for fast food.
