The staff shortage is absolutely heart breaking to see. One person catering to 8 people at a time, prepping and serving all at... once is beyond me. Please stop working these people to the bone, or at least hire more staff to help accommodate the rushes. Read more
I've gotten delivery (via doordash) from this location a number of times & the food is always excellent. Whenever i go in the... staff are always very friendly & quick to prepare my order. They've been short staffed recently (worker shortages from covid,most likely) but still manage to get everything done in a timely manner & the food is still amazing every time :) one of myfavourite places to eat ? Excellent customer service, and considering there were only 2 people handling the whole lunch crowd. Worker shortage, well I... can't fix that but I would suspect it the minimum wage. I'd stay home and collect government benefits, the pay is better. Read more
I love the food here which keeps me coming back! It is always fresh and tastes great. Today, I was waited on promptly but then... it took 17 minutes to receive my meal. There was only 1 customer ahead of me. I arrived at noon. Only one employee working onserving, the other out back ?prepping food. After waiting 17 minutes, my wrap was completely ripped in half then shovedtogether. The employee asked if I wanted another (after they toasted it?!) I did not have time to wait for this, so most of mytoppings did not remain within my meal. Very frustrating. Read more
