Ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it was basically steamed milk with a hint of coffee and I didn?t think there was ANY pumpkin... spice flavour until I got to the very bottom. For now it?s a one star review until I have a better experience. This wasdisappointing. Read more
I think the customer service is getting worse. I guess this is what happens when you get bought out by a larger corporation. I'm... not saying anything bad about the employees, just lost that personal touch, and the menus are getting out of hand. You'resuppose to be a coffee and donut shop, not a place where you go to get big meal. Read more

They forgot hashbrown which was fine, we went in and got it. But the english muffin was barely toasted and there was a shell in... my egg. Drinks were good though. Read more
Tim's food is always dependable. My complaint is the moving menu that makes it difficult to peruse. I find what I want then try... to compare the options and it all disappears into a new screen. It would be nice to see the whole menu displayed at the sametime! Read more
Very disappointed when ever I go to Tim Hortons drive thru in New Minas, when ever I order a ice capp I ask for extra cream... because if not it looks like the picture below, which is way way to dark and tastes disgusting, and this seems to happen a lot,its supposed to be a med to light brown not black coffee color. Most advanced Tim Hortons I've seen. Never saw a Kiosk at Tim's before this one even outside of main city. Not just kiosk even... their donuts have more variety than any Tims I've seen. Koodos to their management to keep that up in here in new minas. Plus,Every Tim Hortons I know stopped chocolate eclairs but this one still does with the whip topping in it instead, That's also asweet kick! Read more
Its been a nightmare. Long wait times, rude staff, and messed up orders. They've been understaffed and stressed out for way too... long. Ive never there but from my experiance this is a clear problem with management. Offer a living wage which the company canobviously afford to do and maybe your workers will stop walking off. Read more
