Seems they do not care if what you ordered is correct or not. One would think after waiting so long of a wait they would get it... right but you have a 50/50 chance to get what you ordered. For example ordered one black dark roast, one coffee with 3 milk anda french vanilla, now what I got was two teas and a french vanilla instead. Read more
Food is very good. Staff is efficient. Very populat so does get noisy at times. Good spot for quick cup of espresso.
The reason why I only gave them 2 stars. They close their grill at 8:30. Told me they were cleaning it because they were closing... at 10:00. Figured they'd keep the grill open until they close so they can serve to their customers properly. Read more

I work in the mall and visit this place quite often! The girls are amazing here. I say girls because there are very few if any... men that work here! They always have plenty of food, rarely run out of anything and are always up for a great conversation!!Tends to be extremely busy in the morning and people tend to be a bit pushy in line. The biggest bonus is the fact that theymake your food right the first time! And that's always refreshing! But overall I love coming here and I am never disappointed. Read more
