My family and I went here a little over a week ago, 09/13/2022 a little after 4:30p.m.- It was our first time ever visiting... Buffalo wild wings (first impressions are lasting). When we walked in, we were greeted by a young man who immediately set up ourtable and seated us; however, after we were seated, we sat for more than 20 minutes with no further communication from anyone-there were only two other tables seated in the dining room and more than 12 different staff members walking about the diningroom but it didn't look like anyone was working. After the young man sat us down, he got on his cell phone, we saw two otherworkers on their cell phone (all of whom looked very young), there were more than eight team members huddled in a group talking(maybe they were having a meeting but right in the middle of the dining room while customers were waiting to be served????).After more than 20 minutes of watching workers play on their phones and hold conversations we walked out and left (there was nofurther communication with anyone after we were seated- not even a drink order request or just to tell us they would be ourserver??????????? Been here forty minutes. Ordered our beers when we got here. Then appetizers and food. Our appetizers came out with our food and... still haven't got any drinks. Says the bartender is busy but there isn't but 10 other people in here. Won't be back. Read more

Offer no napkins, no ranch with chicken wings. Not even a coaster for your drinks. Ive been to a lot of B Dubs around the... country. This is the worst. Bartender was nice at least. The food here is always good. Service always sucks. Tonight I was waiting at the counter to be seated while 3 employees were... standing there talking for a good minute or longer before even acknowledging I was there. Then they told me I can seat myselfand they'll be right with me. 10 plus minutes later, someone finally came to take my order. And they are not busy whaysoeverlol! Terrible experience. Went for lunch with a guest over the weekend. There were only two other parties (2 people each) when we... walked in, so the hostess said we could seat ourselves. We looked at a couple tables but they were all dirty, so we settled onone and used wet naps to wipe them down. Took FOREVER for someone to come serve us (mind you, there were only 6 patrons in thewhole restaurant). My guest and I considered leaving and we definitely should have. When a waitress finally came, she took ourorder and it was taking way too long to get our food. She came to our table a while later and apologized because there was a newcook being trained. She said that the cook had accidently tossed my guest's chicken tenders in sauce, so he was going to drop anew batch. She offered to bring my food out while we waited for my guest's order and I said that'd be fine. I ordered a Buffaloranch chicken sandwich which is fried. When she brought it, it was grilled. Thinking I had made a mistake ordering, I asked herif this sandwich normally comes grilled, and she said. To verify, I pulled up the menu and it is fact supposed to be fried. Notonly that, but she brought the very chicken tenders that she said the cooked had messed up .The ones we received were tossed insauce). So did he not cook new ones like she said?? My guest ordered potato wedges and I ordered fries. They swapped them on ourmeals. There was literally nothing correct from our order. I was too hungry to send anything back and have to wait another 30min, so we ate and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I asked for the check soon after finishing. After the waitressprocessed the payment, she returned to the table with the receipt to sign,, but not my card. 4 stars for the cashier! Although I specifically ordered, requested and paid for all flats which didn?t happen. That wasn?t her... fault!! The chicken tastes over cooked; tough and dry! Bathroom was clean, which is a plus.
