Wow. Nighttime high rules seem to be in full effect here this week. We ordered a Whopper with cheese value meal and a bacon... double cheeseburger. The whopper was delivered with just a tomato and a bit of mustard on it. All the bacon double cheeseburgerhad on it was 3 pieces of cheese. Visited my neighborhood Burger King, located at 512 City Park Avenue, tonight, November 19th, at approximately 7:45 p.m. I... ordered a size medium #1 Whopper combo (a burger, fries, and a drink). Aside from the fact that they were out of almost alldrink options, they ordered me to pull out of the drive-through line, where I was the only car, and park in at the front door.After having waited for what seemed like at least 20 minutes, I pulled through back through the drive-through line to politelycheck on my order. The women working had no recollection of my order and my refund of $9.25 (I was charged significantly morethan the $7.00 listed on the drive-through menu sign). One of the women accused me of never having been through the line, eventhough she demanded I give her my drink back (which I did). She then started cussing at me and called me a ?dumb b***h?. Shecontinued screaming at me as I left the drive through, and then later through the glass front door. She spent quite a long timecalling me obscenities while showing me her middle fingers in various different ways. She then exited the restaurant through thefront door and proceeded to approach my car. They are advertising bacon. The bacon in the pics is so perfect I of course got a bacon cheese burger.... I had to check to make... sure there wasn't paper from the wrapper on my sandwich. It was the bacon. Paper textured bacon so flat and dry it made me thinkthere was paper on the burger. I don't hate burger King but I will think twice before getting bacon here again. We ate here prior to walking over to City Park, so it?s a good location for those looking for a quick bite from the park. The... service is super friendly but the food isn?t as fresh - I saw an employee take our chicken sandwich straight out from anoverhead container. If I could rate the service and attitude of the employees worse I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. We were told to... wait 5-6 minutes for our food. 20 minutes went by before an employee walked out with food, but none of it was ours. It has nowbeen 30 minutes since we placed our order. An employee came out to ask what we had ordered. They told us it was because theywere waiting for the fries to cook. They didn't have a line of peopel waiting or ordering. I guess the customer service iswhy. Don't waste your time at this location. Read more
City park ave. Burger King. I ordered two whoppers, ff, and ors. Whoppers were cold, I live one minute from the place, so... they did not get cold during the drive. Onion rings were cold. Meat in both whoppers looked like someone put three brokenpieces together. It was a total waste of $17.00. This is the most disgusting meal I ate in awhile. I even heated the meat,it was still disgusting. Feeling too sick to even call and complain. Read more
