Ordered 2 items. Got home to discover neither item we ordered was what we got. Also, servers clearly hate their job!
I order a fish combo on yesterday.The buns was cover with grease. It look as the scoop some grease and pulled it over the buns... in the wrapper. I should of check my food before pulling out the drive away but I'm was on my way to work. I would of definitelybrought it back. It went straight in the trash. Read more
When my husband ( who is in the cop car, on the way for a work detail ) went here last night (Sept. 24th) he was in the line for... 15-20 minutes, and when it is his turn to put his order in, they said they wont serve him anymore because they are closealready, but my husband said its still 5 minutes before closing time. They should have went outside and told my husband thatthey cant serve him anymore so he wont be wasting his time in the drive thru. I can see the love for cops in here. Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I went through the drive threw. The employee seemed like I was disturbing her. I asked for my... sandwiches hot off the grill 3 whoppers & 1 fish, needless to say that was a BIG screw up. That granted me cold Sanders forsure. They actually shorted me a whopper, one of the sandwiches was microwaved you could see how the cheese was melted. Themanager was the person who fixed it. This Burger King has hit an all-time low. The last few times I have been none of the food has been so much as lukewarm. It is... always cold to the touch with occasionally warm fries. It's like they have a stack of food waiting for someone to order it.There's no way their burgers come straight out of the broiler into your bag.
