Lame. I'm a neigbor and was keen to have them reopen as it would be nice to have a QSR option. Walked over on Friday eve and... the doors were locked. Went to the drive through window and was told they only serve people in cars. Im not going to drive 1block to eat. This is on St. Charles next to hotels, bars and thousands of tourists on the trolly line. Big audience not incars. Read more

The breakfast sandwich I got was amazing. I believe it was the ham egg & cheese. My boyfriend got it for me. So I?m unsure of... the exact sandwich. But it had Ham, Egg & cheese and it was delicious. Love the eggs. Read more

Absolutely horrible service! The so called "Manager" was yelling in the back of the house/ slammed things around because a... customer complained about the order that was prepared wrong. The "manager" insisted that she did the order personally and madeno mistakes. She than saw that she actually made a mistake and clicked completely out. She approached that customer with: "Sowhats up, whats your problem? Ill refund you your money!" ... That lady refunded wrong orders and started yelling across theroom that the customer need to swipe their cards again. Customers got very upset with her tone and her unprofessional behavior.The coworkers however tried to be very polite and helpful. One coworker tried explaining the customer on what happened and howthis is going to look on his statement, however the manager kept interrupting and telling the customer: "Just swipe this card".This made the customer mad and he of course raised his voice and she threatened with police and such. The other coworker keptsaying: "We are one team and should work together." A manager should MANAGE and deescalate situations instead of escalating iteven further. I will never come back to this location and will be contacting their franchisee and complain about thisunprofessional behavior from that so called "Manager". Read more
