I placed a small order via the app at 7pm. The app kept showing that it was in a quality check for over 30 minutes so I waited.... Thirty minutes later it said the pizza was delivered. I called the store and they tell me the driver is in her way now (I live5 minutes away) so that was a lie because I wait 45 more minutes and go the the store myself. They said the driver was at myresidence which was a lie. In fact she and I rolled up at the same time TWO hours after I ordered. I left the store right aftershe did but they said she had a lot of ground to cover and said they were understaffed. If they just said they were short Icould have gone when I first called them. No manager stepped in when I asked for one. ZERO customer service. The truth wouldhave gone so very far. Would not ever recommend again and I?ve been a faithful long time customer, until tonight. Rude and very unprofessional. I waited over a hour for delivery to be talked down too. People just don?t give a care any more.... He wouldn?t even give his name like I wouldn?t follow up with the corporate line. I?m happy that the call is recorded. One ofthe Worst experiences I?ve ever had. Domino's isn't as good as it used to be, but it's still one of the better options for delivery in my area. The pan pizza is... delicious as long as they put cheese on the entire thing. That's hit or miss though. I've tried the chicken carbonara pasta acouple of times, but I don't think I'll order it again. They're super stingy with the alfredo sauce and there was barely anychicken in it. For $7, it's a total waste. I actually had to add more seasoning and cheese to make it edible. One plus is thatthe delivery drivers are always so nice and professional. That's the main reason I continue to order from here. Read more
I'm never ordering from Domino's 10601 Jefferson Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70123 ever again. My pan pizza looked like Freddy Krueger... tried to cut it and were loaded with black olives and barely had pepperoni on it. I said no olives. I'm not eating from thisDomino's anymore. Read more
