Sat in the drive thru forever. No one ever came to the speaker to take the order. Turns out the speaker is broken. One of the best fast food experiences in New Orleans. Drive thru was consistent, they got my order right, cashier was... courteous, didn't leave anything out, and my double cheeseburgers were probably the best I've had from a McDonald's. Just came from the McDonald?s on Louisa in Gentilly off of Chef Menteur Highway. The two chicken sandwiches below were... completely burnt & inedible. This Manager was sooo RUDE & said I would have to bring the food back for another order. Nothanks, just cooked my own chicken. I waited in line for 45 minutes to get these Burnt Chicken sandwiches. Oh my god!!! Deja vu....... you guessed it NO MILKSHAKES. Yeah just go on down the road to rallies there machine is almost never... broke or being cleaned/serviced, whatever.
