New Orleans Coffee and Beignets on St Charles Ave. For my beignets, the kitchen had some issues with dough so they made a new... batch. Very good on the customer service and I appreciate the explaination. When it arrived, the beignets came out piping hotand looked georgeous. However my first bite found the beignets to be slightly undercooked. Instead of fluffy, the beignets haddoughy spongy consistency. Still fairly good but if it was fried just a bit longer, I think it would have turned out better. Read more

If you?re passing through NOLA, make sure you have your COVID card or proof of negative test, it is required. We didn?t. Or know... that and only one of us has their card on them.
