This comment goes for ALL panera breads: going there is a nightmare because it's always ICY cold. People dress for outside... temperature, nobody caries an extra coat and scarf and jacket when it's nice outside.... It's ridiculous. Everytime I go to apanera I have to remember to bring warm fuzzy clothes in my bag to not be in pain though the whole meal. They really aren'ttaking the customers experience into considering at all.... For the price we pay, we deserve a temperature that is cozy. Read more

Won't be back. The floor and microwave were filthy (see photos), and the coffee was merely warm. The cashier was polite, but the... store workflow is inefficient, so my small order took way too long to fulfill. Very disappointing, as I had high hopes thiswould become a new regular stop. Reminds me why I should avoid chains and shop local with merchants who care about theircustomers and reputation in the community. Read more

Came on Easter and the dining room was a mess! There wasn't one clean table to sit at. Food was ok but for 50$ for 3 people to... eat a cleaner establishment would have been nice Read more

Let me start by saying I'm a food service worker and I'm very understanding when it comes to expectations. But this Panera has... consistently gone downhill in the recent years. While trying to decide, the cashiers were rushing me to order, there wasn't aline. Then when I did go to order the cashier ignored me and walked away without saying anything. The other cashier was confusedbut took my order, it was a normal pleasant interaction. I went to find a table but most of the tables were dirty and there wastrash all over the floors. Especially in the pandemic is harder to feel comfortable knowing the tables aren't being wiped down, but I sat and patiently waited for my food. While waiting I heard the kitchen yelling and complaining about orders and ticketsright in front of the customers waiting for that food. As a whole the staff seems pretty unprofessional; sure complaining aboutcustomers is part of working in a restaurant, but at least do it in a way where the entire cafe doesn't hear you. The qualityof the food has also decreased, there were a couple bad pieces of fruit in my fruit cup and some lettuce was wilted in my salad.I only got a 1 ounce container of dressing with my salad which left most of it bare making it more obvious it wasn't fresh. Myfinal and probably biggest complaint is the amount of plastic used for my dine in order, 11 pieces of single use plastic for oneperson. If I wanted to use plastic cutlery I would've gotten takeout. It seems lazy and completely disregards our currentclimate and trash situation to use so much plastic unnecessarily. For $15 I could've gone nearly anywhere else and had a betterexperience and probably will next time. The couple professional interactions I did have today made this review 2 stars. Read more

Panera Bread on Carrollton has an extremely large indoor seating area. Though several of the table tops had crumbs. The... pastries and breads are gorgeous! I had the orange scone. The scone was good as it wasn't too sweet. definitely house-made,which was great. This was my first time consuming coffee via Panera. I am super excited to see that they offer light roast asit is my favorite brew and RARE to get at most coffee shops. The light roast was very citrus (as described) but the chocolatenotes (as described) offset the bitterness that citrus in coffee can delivery. So it was very flavorful. The young woman at theregister rushed each customer whom came in, though no line. I witnessed this as I slowly browsed the pastry and bread area nextto the register. She did greet and thank everyone, but the rush and cutting all of us off at some point during our sentenceswasn't good. Other than that, I do recommend Panera Bread on Carrollton and will return. So I ordered curbside pickup due to the fact that it's pouring down raining out and there is a Covid 19 pandemic. Being this is... my first time ordering from this location, I get there to find out that curbside means you park your car in a crowded parkinglot and walk in the rain to pick up your food on a shelf by the front door exposed to everyone coming in and out. I ordered adrink with my pickup, which they did NOT put out. I had to then wait by the register to tell the girl behind the counter Ineeded a drink. She then stated maybe I forgot to order it. So I showed her on their receipt where I had. She hands me a cup,not telling me where the drinks were. I now have to walk to the back of the store pass several people to fix the drink and thencome back in the rain to my car. Get in the car and my bread and utensils (no spoon since I ordered soup) is laying in the bagnot wrapped in anything. One may say, well it's a fresh bag, that's ok. Not!!!! In order to put the soup and salad in the bag, apersons hand and part of their arm must go in that bag, now exposing my bread and utensils to whatever may be on their arm. Mysalad looks like it had a fight. I ordered a southwest soup which they gave no chips for. I gave a 2 star only because the soupis hot. I will NEVER return to this location again. Read more
