Pizza....Fine Female Cashier........Not so much Customer service may not be the best job for her.
I placed an order for carryout today and the food was not even warm. It was clear that the food was made earlier and re-heated.... Even the pull aparts were stale. I contacted the storeanager who insisted that he personally made the pizza. How hard is it toapologize to your customer as opposed to further insulting them by lying. I was very disappointed with the service I receivedand will not be frequenting this restaurant again. Read more
They are hiring door dash to deliver. Door dash shows up with an order under a first name only with no matching last name or... matching address so of course it's not my order but for someone with the same first name as me. Then they tried to make me keepthe order. I called the Papa John's store and now have to go pick up my own order. I've asked to have the tip removed and shesaid "they would take care of that" whatever that means. Not impressed - if they are going to hire third party drivers whydeliver by first name and not address??!! Read more
The staff here have always been kind and helpful for the past decade that I've come here. A lot of them have come and gone but... the way they greeted me with a smile never changed. Pizza ain't bad either, although it's a chain so you already know whatyou're getting. They've only messed up my order twice, but that's over a decade though so that's a pretty amazing average. The women in this store are absolutely clueless on how to conduct a fast food restaurant. The manager is rude and filled with... attitude. The woman absolutely cannot add or subtract. Where do they find these people? Placing an order for a one topping pizzaisn?t rocket science. Read more
The only place we get pizza! Love custom ordering just the way we like it and then pay online. By the time we get there our... order is ready. Only criticism is that sometimes the toppings aren't always spread evenly and too much empty crust around edge.But it is only occasionally. Read more
Always fresh! Always great service! I never have to worry about whether my pizza is made properly here. Unlike many of its... competitors, I've never had a pizza remade because they didn't cook it thoroughly or didn't put enough of what I wanted on it. Ilove Papa John's! Read more
