I placed a delivery order through the mobile Pizza Hut website on my phone. This location partnered with Door Dash to have my... order delivered. The dasher called me and advised that he caught a flat. He said that I had to wait for his tire to be fixed todeliver my order. He didn't know when someone would come fix the tire and couldn't give me an ETA. I told him I would rathermeet him because it was getting late and the food would be cold. The dasher refused to work with me in getting my food and herefused to call Door Dash customer service about the issue. So I drove to this Pizza Hut to explain my problem. I arrive to thislocation and began speaking with a guy at the register. Before I could finish my sentence, the dasher, who have yet to adviseDoor Dash customer service of the issue, begins yelling at me. When I first walked in, I did noticed the dasher but I did notaddress him because, at this point, I felt my issue is no longer with him. I did not order through Door Dash so there is no needto converse with him. When I began to speak my case, both the Dasher and store manager are yelling at me when I wasn't the oneyelling and being aggressive in the first place and nothing was said to the rude dasher. I remained calm after seeing howeverything is being played out and suggested they call the police to keep the peace. You have a hostile man yelling and walkingup to a woman for no reason for something that is not that serious or necessary. The store manager and dasher both treated me asif I was in the wrong when I had already PAID for my food and a service. I just wanted what I paid for. It's crazy how I wastreated. I didn't have a voice and I could never get a word out dealing with a belligerently, rude dasher and a store managerwith a don't care attitude. The manager of this restaurant said, he was going to call me back because I had a problem with my order. He never did called... back like he said. The he gave me was Charles. He would not give me his last name when I asked. He had a bad attitude about thesituation. My order was over fifty dollars and I had to wait two hours because of a mixes up with the orders. I have orderedfrom this pizza hut many times and to not get a call back. Makes me want to do business elsewhere. Read more

I?ve only had one issue with my pizza being burnt and my order wrong with this one girl Who refused to fix my order... .... other than that pizza is always great and the people are really great!
