My concern is when your employees are distracted during a busy time such as 12-1 for example. I came in for an online order. A... couple had received 1 smoothie and was waiting for their 2nd smoothie when one of the young ladies behind the counter called itout without actually checking the ticket and gave theirs to someone else who ordered a different drink. They had to wait whilethe worker kept calling out the smoothie that was correct for the other customer, even though he patiently told them multipletimes that belonged to the ones she gave his smoothie to. Getting close to past the pickup time for my own order, I saw adifferent worker behind the counter in glasses wearing an iPhone earbud, the only one making smoothies at that point, put oneon to blend then turned towards the back wall for a minute or two gesturing with her hands as she spoke to whoever was on heriPhone piece. I was still waiting for my order at that point. I ended up waiting nearly double the quoted wait time. Aside frommy own order, I would hope in the future employees pay more attention when they're on the clock and not be on the phone, as wellas paying closer attention to an obviously avoidable mishap. This is a good, quality, reliable smoothie king that doesnt get too busy. Good for a quick lunch.
I remember going to the original Smoothie King when I was in High School. I've never been to a Smoothie King like this one.... Wound up tossing the Power Punch Plus after a couple sips. Had a metallic taste. Have to find somewhere else in thisneighborhood ???? Read more
We went to get smoothies for the Fourth of July after getting our nails done. We looked at the sign and it said open till five.... When we tried to open the door at 4:40 it was locked!!! We walked to go do something else for the meantime and we saw theemployee walking out of petco. We walked back to check if we could get a smoothie around 4:55 and the door was unlocked. Weopened the door to SEE SOMEONE ELSE CHECKING OUT INSIDE! Then She had the audacity to tell us that he was the last customer. 0out of 10 experience and we left very disappointed and stunned. I will NEVER go to that location again and I?m thinking aboutswitching to a new local smoothie shop. I have never been so violated and if it was me owning the shop I would have theemployee fired ASAP! Read more
This store is terrible. Totally inconsistent service from the other locations. I always get the same medium drink at every... location and add several items to the drink which always makes it a large. This location somehow always manages to make it stillin a medium cup. On the rare occasion they actually do use 2 cups, they try to charge me a second charge (after already payingfor all the added ingredients) to get the extra overflow in the 2nd cup. Read more
Smoothies are great and staff is fast and friendly. Haven't been there in a while. New plastic cups are nice, but hope they... change back to the other cup. With the new cup, it's cold to the hands and worst of all, the smoothie melts super fast. Read more
