They advertise that they are open until 8 pm. Tonight I arrived at 7:45 pm and they were closed. This was the third time in the... last month I arrived before 8 pm to find they were closed. If you close at 7:45, please don't advertise you close at 8 pm. Iwon't be going back. Read more

I ordered a 32oz Lean1 Vanilla which had a red substance at the bottom which I speculate was strawberry, but you never know so I... pointed this out to the cashier and she asked if I wanted it remade so I said yeah. The worst smoothie king experience I've ever had. Smoothie had chunks of ice in it and the other smoothies I got tasted... horrible. The customer service was atrocious. I tried to place an order initially and they said the store was too busy. Iasked if I could place an order to pick up 20 minutes from now and they reluctantly agreed. When I showed up, I was expecting aline out of the door, instead there were a few people at the counter, one of whom was chatting with one of the employees andgetting samples of smoothies. The girl I spoke to on the phone, when I greeted her at the counter letting her know I was the onewith the pick up order, irritably agreed to finally make my stuff. Read more
