Terrible customer service. The guy behind the counter was very rude. I was on the phone with my mother because she had me ask a... couple of questions about their new menu items. I only asked him two questions and then continued talking to my mother as shetold me her order. Now I know it's rude to talk on the phone in these situations, however, I wasn't going to place my orderuntil I ended the call, and I was the only person in the store at the time so it's not like I was holding up a line. Well, theguy behind the counter began tapping his finger, huffing his breath, and rolling his eyes as if I was an inconvenience to him.He was trying to rush me even though I was on the phone with my mom. Cleanliness is a concern. I?ve seen the guy that?s always there pick his nose behind the counter, carry a tray from his car... inside and proceed to make my sandwich without washing his hands. I always like the food! The staff here is rather cold and seem to be rushing me along, even though the store was empty of... other customers. They could need more training in customer service! UPDATE 9.12.16: New people running the store today. Might be new management. Either I got bread I didn't ask for, or they made... it wrong. Who knows? The tuna seemed tastless and they scrimped on the portion. The sandwich was terrible. Read more
