Have you ever been to a store that never gets your order right or sell you frozen food this is the store for you we ordered the... breakfast box the sausages were literally still frozen another time we ordered chalupas the ground meat was absolutely cold andit's still hard like it comes in the package it hadn't even been warmed yet or if you order on the mobile app something likepotatoes they tell you they're not going to take the time to cook them so you just have to order something else if you go insidenone of the drinks work but then most of the drinks work through the drive-thru either they all taste my carbonated watereveryone at the dorm will pass up that Taco Bell and go all the way to Gretna Read more

I've ordered from this location three times in the past 3 months, and every time I order, either the food is wrong, they don't... give the appropriate drink, or they don't give the sauces that you request. When you try to call and get it corrected, the phonecontinues to ring and ring and ring and no one answers. Having been inside the location, the employees are rude, don't seem toactually want their jobs, and pretty much do everything with no gloves on which is unsanitary. Read more

Each time I visit this location lately, the freeze (all flavors) is never available. It's usually the main thing I come for and... the poster is up for the new mango freeze, but it isn't available. I'm not understanding. Not sure if it's bc its 98° outsideand I'm already a little upset behind that and need something to cool me off or the fact that there's a fresh poster upadvertising. Maybe it should come down at this point if serving a freeze is discontinued. ???? Read more

So happy the Mexican pizza came back! I buy my own green onions since Taco Bell stopped serving those in like 2006 lol! TB... really needs to bring back green onions and meximelts next :) Read more

Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line in the drive thru. Don't worry about that as they are usually pretty... quick about getting orders out. My only issue is I don't care for onions or lettuce so I always have a 'special' order, and onoccasion they miss it. The good news is that if they do mess up an item, they will promptly replace it with the correct item. Read more

The drive-thru employee was extremely rude. Attempted to not give me my change back until I had to ask for it. Rolled her eyes... and dropped the change in my hand. When I asked for mild sauce for 3 soft tacos and a quesadilla, she grabbed eighteen (18)packets and jammed them into my hand, piling them up and quickly closed the drive-thru window. Worst customer service ever atthis Gen de Gaulle location and this poor service cannot be blamed on the pandemic because there were several employees on dutyjust standing around, they were not short-staffed, just not properly trained to provide good customer service.
