I placed an online order through their website for $122 worth of food on 7-4-22 and received a confirmation that I could pick up... the order at 3:30pm. After spending the time to put together the order for a household of 4 people, waiting 30, then driving tothe restaurant, I arrived to find it was closed. Today I called to inquire why I was able to place the order and why my creditcard was billed by the restaurant when the restaurant was not even open. I was told I would have to wait a few days for therefund to be posted. No explanation. No apology. No offer of any discount on a future order for their mistake.
