I placed an online order through their website for $122 worth of food on 7-4-22 and received a confirmation that I could pick up... the order at 3:30pm. After spending the time to put together the order for a household of 4 people, waiting 30, then driving tothe restaurant, I arrived to find it was closed. Today I called to inquire why I was able to place the order and why my creditcard was billed by the restaurant when the restaurant was not even open. I was told I would have to wait a few days for therefund to be posted. No explanation. No apology. No offer of any discount on a future order for their mistake. Skip it, not worth it. The food prices are reasonable but the food is bland. Service slooooooow. We were the only people seated... and waited forever for our food. We ordered chicken teriyaki which was decent. The shrimp dish was disgusting. When I complainedI was told that no one ever complained before and that it?s a best seller. Mediocre food, terribly slow service. Went on a Monday night at 7:45pm. Bar was empty and there were 3 tables seated. A sign... said to seat yourself. We waited 25 minutes to be greeted and receive waters, then waited another 40 minutes for them to bringout 2 out of 4 people's food. After another 20 minutes they brought out the other 2 people's food. 1 roll was never brought atall, but we were still charged for it and had to ask for it to be removed. The food was mediocre - very affordably priced butsmall portions and somewhat messy/bland looking. The summer roll ($10.50) and spicy tuna roll ($6.00) are pictured below. Two inour group ordered the spicy tuna roll and one person had chunks of wasabi in theirs for some reason and had to spit out therolls because they weren't palatable. Can't complain too much based on the price but that's 2 hours of our life we can't getback. Read more
Everything here was delightful! Our server, Victor, provided excellent service- fast, friendly, attentive and detailed oriented-... he didn't miss a beat! The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, clean and well kept, food was prepared with skill, and everythingwas cooked to perfection. I'm very particular on how I like certain things and this place (thanks to Victor's service andaccommodating nature) did not disappoint. I definitely plan to come back soon!! Read more
