The drive thur was service was slow and my fries were not hot, but the Young Lady working the window was pleasant.
They only take one order at a time, so they will not take the next order until they?re completely down with the customer ahead... of you. Then when u get to the window, they make you pull back so it doesn?t effect their timer. I did not get a receipt andwas missing items I requested. Everytime it never fails on lunch time , food is always cold ! My burger feels like they just took it out the fridge , nuggets... are barely warm and fries are the only thing that is hot enough !! We arrived at the drive-through around 7 o'clock to order. Before we started placing our orders they told us they were out of... fountain drinks and all the had was frosties. When we we requested a vanilla frosting they stated they only have chocolate andstrawberry. So we change to strawberry and chocolate chocolate. Then they stated they were out of those as well. I arrived at 1015a.m. for breakfast, only to be informed that they stopped serving breakfast . Which is a lie, because they stop... at 1030a.m. They didn't even have the courtesy to change the drive thru menu from breakfast to lunch. Then to make mattersworse, they charged me over 20 dollars for a junior burger and a chicken sandwich. This isn't the first time I've had issueswith this location, but it will be the last Unless they can get decent staff members and managers.One of the worst experiencesat a fast food store. I think it would be beneficial if someone from corporate would look into this store and also find out whythey have a store phone when no one ever answers.
