Had a bad experience. I only ordered 2 cheese burgers and a small fry. The cashier charged me for two burgers and a fry never... issued me a receipt. Told me I didn't order a fry. Didn't have time to argue with her because I was running late for work. Tooka bite into the burger only to find my food cold. They got me. Will spend money at this location again. I suggest terminationthe crew and hire individuals who take pride in their work. Because it's like they are only there for a check. Read more
Usually Wendy's are pretty good about getting your order right but here recently I've constantly gotten the wrong order
For some reason, the last time I ate at this location, the meat tasted funny, and as Wendy's is supposed to fresh cook the meat... (worked at the training store a few years ago) it should never taste dried out, under seasoned, or undercooked, but the lastexperience left me disappointed ???? Read more

I?ve been coming to this location consistently for their lemonade since it came out. Always had my order right with good... customer service. But today they did me dirty. ??????????? They gave me a lemonade that was halfway filled with water. I guessthey was trying to stretch the lemonade today. Cause I get mine with NO ICE every time. It was obvious that they drastically cutit with water. It was even a different color. I just threw it away. I wasn?t driving back for a refund. Combo specials are great! It's always a guess if the food you're receiving is hot, warm or cold. And. If you order more than one... drink ( only the driver in the vehicle-drive thru) don't look for a cup holder. It's as though you committed a crime if you askfor one. Read more
Worst part of the visit today was the cold potatoes, slightly burnt sausage and the manager was not having a welcoming morning.... The best part was the warm oatmeal bar. Can't wait for the breakfast to go national on March 2nd so I won't have to only getWendy's breakfast only when I come to New Orleans.
