Looking for something different for lunch then what I would normally get so I had a taste for a philly cheese steak sandwich. I... searched for a place that was close to where I was working and this fire spot popped up so after glazing at the menu and readinga few reviews I decided to pass over and I must say I was definitely glad to visit here. The establishment was put together verynicely,nice lil eating area with good space, television on to enjoy as you want for your order or choose to dine in, also theyhad a few video games and a dart game on the wall. The place was very clean and well up to part, the lady taking the order wasvery welcoming and nice, and the gentleman making the order was definitely on point. I had a 8 inch with some regular flavorzapps potato chips, the sandwich was was off the chain, provolone cheese was nice and right to where you take a bite and thatcheese stretch out to where you gotta go in for another bite, delicious sandwich to the chef.I also tought it was a great ideato wrap sandwich in foil paper to keep it nice and hott. Their name lives up! Please consider going here if you?re looking for an AMAZING cheesesteak. The place is fun! The people are... so friendly and just, dolls! I loved everything about it!!! Found it to be good. I would probably get the double meat next time. The two cheeses and the mayo kinda overwhelmed the meat... and bread. Staff is very friendly. I will return to try different options and the pretzel. ???????? Note: If you trying tocompare to Philly, don't. It's different in a good way. Read more
I'm not generally a fan of beef. There are really only three ways that I like it - pastrami, Ethiopian tartare, and cheesesteak... - so when I found out that a cheesesteak joint opened up close by, I had to check it out. Verdict: amazing and legit! HELLADANK, as they say where I'm from ???? The shop is new, but they've been doing this as a pop up for five years, so they've gotthe food dialed. You can call in, but I was a walk in and had my order under 5 minutes so might not be necessary. Be sure toget it with the 2-cheesy provolone and house made cheese whiz combo. I saw a "tent" advert in a bar I was at and decided to text in an order. I heard good things about their sandwiches, so I was... dying to try them out. I ordered at steak cheesesteak (they have steak, chicken and veggie) added lettuce/ tomato and mushrooms(for $2 extra) $11.00 total with free delivery to the bar stool!! Lol Can't beat that! THE FOOD: As I've heard, this a reallygreat tasting sandwich. I'm impressed. The best cheesesteak I've had in the New Orleans area. I didn't eat it till I got home,and it didn't get soggy. 10/10 I had heard about this place from an online forum so I had been wanting to try it. I got the double steak with their... recommendation of cheese which was provolone and cheese wiz, also added banana peppers. This was the best cheesesteak I thinkI?ve ever had. The recommendation of both cheeses definitely made the sandwich better. My gf had the the buffalo chickensandwich and it was good, about 7/10 but be careful, when fresh the buffalo sauce is very hot. We also shared a pretzel whichwas also good. For my double cheesesteak, her buffalo chicken, 1 pretzel, 1 bag of chips and 2 water bottles it was $45.
