The person that took my order was rude and sounded annoyed by me asking if there were any deals going on. Then made me repeat my... order three times because apparently they couldn't hear me. Had to wait about five minutes for my food. The person that handedme my food was polite though. Once I pulled away found that my frys we're cold and not cooked all the way. They also forgot toadd the cheese I paid for to my sandwich. It was obviously not fresh because it was cold as well. Have been to this locationmany times in the past and never had a complaint. Yikes. Sooooo slow. Barely any customers. Lots of employees that seemed underaged. I don?t have an issue with that as long as... they make the orders. You have to tell them about your order and then follow up. At least the food was made correctly and tastedabout as good as it can for McDonald?s. Read more
We weren't even able to order our food! Overview: we were purposefully ignored in the drive-through. They had both... drive-through lanes open. We were in the left lane and waited our turn. They took the orders of 4 people in the right lane anddidn't even say anything to us through the speaker. We had thought that maybe the speaker suddenly broke. The people ahead of usdidn't have any issues ordering normally, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they just couldn't use thespeaker. We listened in to the speaker, and everyone that pulled up to the other one immediately got a "sorry, please hold onone minute." Everyone behind us ended up backing up and moving to the other lane and placed their orders, so we tried to do thesame, but then when we got to the next lane, we still weren't able to place our order and didn't get any response from thespeaker. No word, no response. We waited for a while still and someone pulled up to the lane we had just left, and then theystarted getting to place their order! I don't know what the circumstances were, so I trust that they had some reason, but itfelt like we were purposefully ignored. I normally am a very patient person, so we waited a RIDICULOUS amount of time to try togive them a chance and the benefit of the doubt. We ended up having to leave because we couldn't even get anyone to respond tous, when they didn't seem to have any issue helping anyone else. Read more
For a small town this is the worst McDonald?s I have ever been too. Everytime I go here to get food it?s either wrong, or under... cooked. Today I woke up early to make sure I got there in time to order a breakfast bagel and of course they wouldn?t takeorders inside, no sign on the door. So I waited in line to be told they just stopped serving breakfast, even when I asked themanger inside if they would when I got to the window. She said yes. Common upgrade your staff !! Do better !!! The Counter Service was good and the Drive-Thru was even better. Food was good but check your sandwiches for meat, count the... number of fries, check your sauces, count the pieces of chicken put into your little cardboard container and get to the lobbyearly, by 8:30 PM, because they lock the doors early. The person taking orders at the window had a 10 min conversation with someone else making everyone else wait. I saw 3 people... pull out of line and drive off. Then I got my order and it was wrong even though the guy looked in the bag and asked if theorder was correct. I drive off and started to get my food out of the bag and it was totally wrong. I turned around and wentback. I tried to go in the dining room but it was closed to customers. So I had to go back through the drive through. I wontbe going through this McDonald's again. Read more
Ordered a large fry.... And as the photo shows, this is what they gave me. It's not that it's a bad restaurant chain... We've... experienced being skimped fries more times than I can count. For $3.50, can't you deliver an actual order of fries? Notoverfilled - just what I paid for. This (and they were lukewarm) was just disappointing. Read more
When the atmosphere is good, the energy is relaxed, and everything comes together, I enjoy the workers and I?m really grateful... for the food they serve here.
