Not my favorite... Although the establishment seems extremely clean, tidy, and well taken care of- the pizza is nothing too... special. They don\'t have specialty pizzas (as of the last time I have been), and the pizza is just, okay.\n\nCan see myselfcoming to Best Pizza on a day aPizza! is closed, or if they are open late-night (because Gourmet\'s pizza makes me sick). Been going to Best Pizza in Williamsburg BK since they opened years ago. Great pizza. Was thrilled to see an upstate... location.\n\nSadly, been multiple times to the New Paltz location and always had people who have been rude and/or condescendingto me, for no reason. I know it’s a college town, but just be kind the people. Last time it was towards my partner who isalways overlay kind to everyone. I’m over this location in New Paltz. The pizza was best I\'ve tried so far in area. The bottom was a little too burnt taste from oven but again it was a Sunday and... busy. The cheese was food quality with sauce and definitely would go back. Service was fast and efficient. Read more
Totally not pizza related, but employee related.\nI got lost on a side street, I came upon \"RJ\" of whom gave me the exact... directions I needed while he was walking to his shift.\nI gave him a ride into town and that was it.\nI must say, if \"BESTPIZZA\" employs guys like him...their pizza and everything else they offer must be AWESOME !!\nThanks RJ !!!! Possibly better than BK. Frank never does it wrong. Not wood fired but very good and crisp. Not overpriced, these other people... are bonkers and don’t know the price of quality ingredients. Read more
If zero stars were an option I’d have given it. We walked in at 12:15pm and the pizza looked like it was there from the night... before. But the real issue was the profanity laced music. I had my 6 and 8 year old kids with me and in the space of 60 seconds,literally, the “N” and “B” words were heard no less than a dozen times. When I voiced my concern to the person behindthe counter I got zero response. We won’t be giving this one a second chance. Too bad. Read more
