Tonight me, significant other, and our son came in for a lovely dinner. This is the first time we've been to Tokyo Sushi and... although the miso soup and edamame were fantastic the sushi and service were sub par. Our server didn't seem like she evenwanted to serve us and being a server myself I picked up on it immediately. All the food we ordered came all at once even thoughwe ordered appetizers and sushi. The sushi tasted fine but was room temperature unfortunately. We tipped over 20% on a $60+bill. Maybe it was because we're young or a mixed couple but it definitely wasn't what I'm use to in New Paltz. I hope ourserver has a better day tomorrow. Read more
Personally wasn?t my favorite place. My boyfriend thought they were decent and prices were good. Service was okay overall.... Things just seemed over cooked or spicy. I feel everyone should try for themselves but I could recommend definitely betterplaces just further away. Read more
I've been going here for years and it's pretty consistently okay. It's not incredible, and they often don't have anything... special ( they used to have Uni), but overall it's generally pretty good. The sushi deluxe is worth the price. Seaweed salad andmiso soup are excellent. There's not many good restaurants in New Paltz anymore, but I can always rely on this place. Read more

Very good service, descent price. The lunch meals are pretty large. Beautiful dishes!
First time visiting. Korean/Japanese restaurants. Lunch specials are available everyday between 11:30 and 3pm, around $10 per... dish. 1. Lunch box is good. 2. Udon is normal. 3. Soonduboo (spicy tofu soup) is too sweet for me, below than average. There isa large parking lot at the rear of this building. Read more
A decent place for Japanese and Korean food. Ordered the Bibimbap which was very good. The cast iron bowl came out sizzling hot... which made the bottom of the rice crispy. The don bowel was also very good however the beef was overcooked. Also had to pokebowels which were good but it had too much salad in it. Prices were average and service was good. Read more
I go to Tokyo Sushi all the time! The food is great and the wait staff is super friendly. Remy, Sarah, Emily, and Esme always... make my experience very enjoyable. So glad I live close! Read more
