Starbucks is right down the road but you owe it to yourself to pass them by and check out this great little local shop. The... owner and staff are very nice people and the coffee and baked goods are terrific. Of course if you like putting more money inthe pockets of greedy mega businesses, go to Starbucks. If you just want a great cup of coffee and delicious baked goods in aquaint little local owned shop, check out the Village Grind. You won't regret it. Read more

Scones was really good. It tasted like homemade scone your grandma made. I should've taken a picture but sorry, it's... gone. Coffee was superb. Definitely better than the most cafes. Parking available with a couple of tables Read more

Our favorite coffee house in New Paltz closed down a while back and thank the Lord we've found The Village Grind! First time... there we tried their iced lattes and dirty chai and they were fantastic. Next visit we also tried their breakfast sandwiches andthey were just super delicious. Will be returning every time we come back to town. Ambiance is great for being an adjoiningpart of a old, but still operating bus station. A table or two inside and the same outside, so mostly just a take-out place, butgive it a try. It's well worth it. -update 2022/04/16: renovated since our last visit, simpler menu. Somewhat disappointed inthat, but still delicious food and drink. Read more

A little cafe that really knocks it out of the park: a delicious breakfast wrap, a flavorful cold brew with coffee ice cubes and... insulated cup, and a fresh danish. Village Grind provided a lovely start to my day! Read more

Truly a fantastic little coffee shop. My friend and I stopped in while we were visiting and they whipped up the most delicious... breakfast wrap I can remember ever eating. Staff was really friendly and fun. Seems like they have a crowd of good humoredregulars. Would come here all the time if I lived in the area. Read more

Absolutely loved the place! Wound up here just cus we passed near it. Got an omelette, bagel, and two cold coffees (actually... roasted with their flavor components not flavor pumps!). The dudes working there were very chill and chatty, helped us fend offa bee! Definitely a spot we?ll come back to. (photos added after eating & realizing it was dope) Read more

This place is so cute and friendly! Stopped by after a night of camping and were welcomed in like we were walking into their... home. They were incredibly accommodating and offered us vegan friendly breakfast wraps that weren?t on the menu. SO GOOD. Homemade tofu chorizo!! Wish I could come get every morning, highly recommend :) Read more
