Service was slow, waitress was not attentive to customers. Food was good and appropriate temp. Atmosphere was great.

We frequent Applebee's. The food can be a hit or miss, I think this has to do with (what looks like) a constant rotating staff.... We have ended up with undercooked steaks and salmon and other times everything is perfect. Our meals are always fixed promptlyso we never have a problem. Atmosphere is usually loud and packed. We ate lunch today with Chelsea, as our server. We eat at this location regularly and have Never had a kinder, more efficient... server. We even received drink refills on time. She was patient with the elderly people near us and she didn't leave us heldhostage waiting on our check. Our meals were perfect ( unlike last time when my grilled chicken was cold and dry) .... The service was excellent!!! The food was just hit or miss. I had the Fiesta line chicken which was on point. My husband had the... bourbon street steak which was pretty bad. Our lunch overall was delicious. Our waitress, Kristy was very attentive. We did not have to wait for a table or to be served.... My husband's Clubhouse sandwich and huge amount of fries were delicious. My Grilled chicken was good except for the last 1 1/2"which was burnt. The broccoli and rice was awesome. When they say brownie bite, they mean 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream with2 spoonful of brownie. Tiny and delicious. Read more
Took 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. When someone did come get out drinks and take the order my food came... out not as ordered. There wasn't many people there so the fact that we didn't get the attention as for instants the other aroundmade me feel as if they had a problem with us.
