Waited for over half hour to get seated. Took almost Another half hour to get drinks ordered. 20 minutes later we received... drinks and placed order. We had 6 people in our party. Every one of our orders was barely warm when we received them... whichwas another 40 minutes. There were quite a few empty and dirty tables. They weren't extremely busy. We were not impressedwith the slowness to order or how long it took to receive cold food. We WILL NOT be back. Read more
First is a compliment. My server, Ericka was awesome. Great waitress, very easy to talk to and she took great care of me. The... food was terrible. I ordered 6 piece boneless with Mac & cheese. The boneless wings were tiny and way over cooked. Exceedinglydry. The Mac and cheese was no better, or larger than easy Mac, but it cost $4. Overall zero stars for the food. This is mythird different BW3 and they are all the same. I will never be back. Read more
Buffalo Wild Wings was terrific! My wife and I got there about 4 p.m. on a Friday night and we were surprised that it wasn't... very busy. Too bad for those who weren't there because the wings and beer are great! We were seated quickly and our server tookour order right away. He was extremely polite and patient as we fumbled around deciding what we wanted. We ordered the regularhot wings and they were HOT ( at least for me) and meaty with little fat. The restaurant was clean and I was pleased that, eventhough it is a sports bar, the T.V. sets were not overly loud and we could hold a conversation without shouting. We?ve been here a couple times lately and the experience has been awesome. Most recently I brought my 4 kids for one of their... birthdays and Leslie was our waitress. She was phenomenal. She talked to the kids like they were her best friends and she evenbrought them out some stickers and has some fun with them. I?ve been to other BWW before but this one stands out and the food isalways fresh and delicious. Read more
The New Philadelphia location served my husband wings and one had a staple it in. They immediately took the plate and said they... were going to take off that specific order of wings off of our bill. Not a single manager came over to discuss the issue. Nofollow up phone call. I?m completely discussed. My husband could have been seriously hurt!! DO NOT EAT HERE. Read more
Placed an online order for only two items and it was at 10pm and they had till 10:30pm to get it done. When I got out of there... it was 10:45 had to still wait on my order. When I walked in nobody greeted me or had any urgency to get my order out. Theyweren?t even busy. The worst pick up order experience I have had in awhile. I won?t be giving them my business anymore.
