New hand breaded chicken sandwich is very tasteful. The sauce thats put on it im not a fan so I have them not put any on. My... sandwich was not made to order when I took back to have it corrected lady wasn't friendly or rude. Seems I caught them at lunchhour and quite busy. Read more
Lowered my rating from 4 to 2. Waited in the drive thru for so long last night I thought I was going to have to change my late... dinner order to breakfast. Once I got to the menu board, i had to wait at least 2 minutes before being told they be right withme then waited another 2 or 3 for them to come back. At least the food was warm when I got it home which was a welcome surprise. Read more
I would give a zero if that were an option. I work at a local retailer and the last 4 times this place has not put cheese on 3... of my whoppers and today a double cheeseburger was plain! I looked at my reciept and of course I was charged for the cheese. Notgoing back Read more
If your a vegetarian or vegan or just thinking about trying the Impossible burger, don't. I've tried them 4 different times (... only at the New Philadelphia location ) and every time they are way over cooked. They're flattened out and dry. Like eatingcardboard. It's a shame too because I've eaten these burgers before in different establishment where they were cooked properlyand they were delicious but Burger King hasn't got a handle on this. Great Burger King overall. Staff is friendly and prompt. Very fast service compared to other BKs I've been to. Only complaint is... one time they gave me spicy chicken instead of regular but I like the spicy chicken a lot, too, so not a huge deal. Andsometimes their food isn't as fresh as it could be. But the service and overall taste makes up for it. Read more
