I eat at Chipotle every few weeks. I eat at a variety of locations. This one is generally on par with most of my experiences at... the various Chipotles I frequent. However this time was very notable. The staff was great. The atmosphere was as usual, but thefood was awful! There was so much salt that I could not eat my entire burrito bowl. I have never thrown away part of anyChipotle meal until now. If I had not gotten my bowl to go I would have asked for a refund. I will go back to this restaurant.Hopefully this was just a fluke. Im sure its just me but my biggest issue with Chipotle overall is that every time I get a burrito I have to open it up and mix... the contents and rewrap it so that it's mixed and not layered. When this place first open it was great. It has gone downhill. The food is mostly cold. The portions for some reason are always... smaller than what I've ever gotten in any other Chipotle. I understand staffing issues, but they don't do food checks. We had anissue with the rice being rock hard, and they argued about doing a refund. Stay away from at all cost. Read more

I love Chipotle - but for some reason this... particular location is soooo chintzy/stingy with their helpings - for $10 a bowl I expect a decent helping of meat like I wouldget from ANY OTHER Chipotle. Wait times are always insanely long for walk in, I just waited 15 minutes and the line only moved 4 people, still 7 in front of... me. I left. When ordering to go, the bowls always come with half the normal amount. There?s a few employees that carry in thatkitchen, all the others move at a snails pace and make it impossible to catch up when busy. Definitely the worst Chipotle I?veever been to. Read more

Worst Chipotle I have been to. Stopped for a burrito tonight. Ordered brown rice and there was only half a spoonful left.... Ordered steak and they were out so I ordered chicken. It was the smallest serving I have seen. Ordered fajita veggies and theyare out of those. Burrito looked like one from the value menu at Taco Bell. I couldn?t even hear the employees over the music.There was the corporate music playing and also a blue tooth speaker in the back blaring music with f and n words. Nice! Therewas food everywhere. I order all the time from this place and I do not have complaints. Today I ordered a veggie bowel and it came with chicken in... it. I am a vegetarian and always order veggie bowel. Mistakes happen, but the worst part is I tried calling about the matterand texting ?pepper? online but I am not able to get a refund nor I am being directed to a customer care representative. Visit #1 We were pleasantly surprised to open our bag and find our burritos personalized ???? Thank you! They were very good... too!! You all adding the brisket as a meat option is a big win with us! Visit #2 11/17/21 4:30pm Unfortunately, your staffreally aren't customer oriented tonight. Pretty disappointing experience. 1 girl making for guy ahead of me. Loaded burritos sofull they broke up. I stood there quite a while watching 5 girls laugh and talk, carrying on ignoring us customers in line. Oncemy burrito was made, it was a third the size of guy in front of me.
