I don't come into Jersey Mike's very often although I do love the food. But today around 430pm I did come in and I just had to... say how impressed I was at the two guys working. The gentlemen were starting to get busy and even so they still continued tokeep their work area clean and in just the time I was there the guy mainly manning the front washed his hands probably 3 or 4times. Everytime he would go from the front cash register to making food he would stop and wash his hands. They did a reallygreat job. Read more

Food is ok. Order was correct, after I asked them to fix it. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude, and I clearly... irritated her to the extent of her feeling the need to mean mug me while I ate. It was so bad I took my food and sat in theoutside seating area intended for Starbucks. This establishment needs to reevaluate their workers. This is the second time shehas been rude to us. I have her the benefit of the doubt the first time around, because everyone e has bad days. She must hateher job. Read more
The lady helping us behind the counter was very rude, not sure if it was a difficult Sunday or what? This was our first time at... Jersey Mikes so we asked if the subs were customizable, the lady rudely responded "like of course" in a very rude tone, she hadsome smart remarks for the other questions we asked. The subs weren't bad but the though crossed my mind to leave and order nextdoor at chipotle. Probably wouldn't return. Read more

Normally Jersey Mike's food is fantastic! I do highly recommend this restaurant. My review today was due to understaffing which... created stressed staff. Stressed staff make mistakes. I have no problem with mistakes, we all make them. My issue was that Ihad ordered a portobello mushroom sub to pick up and when I did, I took it outside to eat with my daughter at one of the tables. When I opened the sub, it was one big, oily, soggy, mess. It truly was inedible. I took it back in to show them and was toldit had been setting a few minutes. The gal that had made it was upset as they were busy and finally said she could remake it. Isaid I would truly appreciate it if she would. What I received in return was mostly a cheese and onion sub. There was one largemushroom and a few small pieces.????. I did not take it back in because I truly did feel bad for the young girl cooking. Yet Idon't think I will EVER ASK FOR A REMAKE AGAIN.
