I order pizza at place to get it hot. They take orders just great no but after waiting for 7-9 minutes. They give you a cold... pizza. I open it in my car and it is almost cold. I go back in and the girl said it was made for me. I have to take first outrule. Even when I wait? That's how we do it she said. I call to speak to manager and whoever answers is the manager. I asked for extra butter & Parmesan on my breadsticks & this is what I got.???? what a joke. I think they skipped the Parmesan... all together?it never used to be like this, but it seems like 9 times out of 10 this is what I?m stuck with. idk why it?s sohard to do what a customer asks. 4 star because the wait was longer than they Said because they didn't make part of my order. BUT a young man fixed the issue,... was professional and gave me a coupon for next time. Good Pizza and price! And the stuffed breadsticks are Bomb. Read more
Repeatedly do not provide what is specifically ordered unless you just select directly from the availble Hot & Ready... items. Attempts to let management know result in rudeness to attempt to correct an order issue. Do not feel valued as acustomer anymore. We will not be back. Read more
I stop at this Little Ceasars every Thursday for lunch and for the last 3 months they haven't had any of the hot and ready items... or lunch deals ready when it's actually lunchtime.
