I'm not a food fan of Mc Donald's but love there ice coffees they know me pretty good at the one off rt 250 Uhrichsville ohio.
They constantly get my order wrong, the food is cold by the time they get it out to us. Unless they are waiting on mcchicken... pieces. They add lettuce when the grill slip plain as day says none on it. They charge for extra mayo but then barely put any onthem. Fries are always cold by the time we get our full order.they mess up our drinks. I can't say anything about the inside cuzwe're never in it.we just want our food an go but we end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes for our order. Read more
Once again... missing food. 20 piece with 2 fries... but apparently asking for bbq sauce means that you get no sauce. Double... quarter pounder meal... somehow missing fries because apparently the fries from the 20 piece deal counts right? This is why westopped coming to this McDonald's Read more
This one is ok, but I am getting extremely tired of being shorted BBQ sauce. I mean it's included in the price, so not giving it... is STEALING!! So I literally sit there and take the bag apart you make sure my order is correct. A little more pride in yourwork would go a long way. Read more
Drive through is pretty good, Inside staff a little slow when prepping orders. They seem to be more focused on windows. At least... they got my order right which says a lot. Read more
Waited 3 minutes and never got to see anyone acknowledge me. A woman came in and I said goodluck been here forever. She walked... back where she could talk to them. She didn't get back acknowledge either. She said I will get your order. I didn't know she wasan employee. Very grateful for her help. Read more
I would give a higher rating except for this incident of them forgetting to give me an ice water that I had to buy and when I... went back again and told them about it, they still had me pay for the next one I ordered and didn't make it right by saying, since you payed for one before and didn't get it, this one we will give to you. Come on McDonald's! Are you that worried abouta 35 or 50 cent water, than a customer! Read more
