We ordered delivery as soon as they opened and 10am and 1) had amazing fast service and 2) have an amazing surprise with our... order! The delivery person (didn't get a name since we did contactless!) also left some dog treats for dog who was so excitedthat food delivery was for him as well! So we just wanted to say thank you! I ordered a New York style pizza, I used the Papa John's app to place the order. At the pickup location there is a drive up... window, when I arrived, no one came to the window for over 10 minutes. I drove around the building to see if anyone was in thereand I saw a person. I returned to the pick up window and waited some more. I eventually called the place and asked If anyone wascomming to the drive up window. Thats when a guy came and asked me what I needed. I told him and he came back with the pizza. Atthis time the pizza was cold and the cheese was hardened. I'm very disappointed. I don't order from Papa John's very often andit will be a while before I do again. Read more
Terrible experience. They brought pizza (already cold)and wings but forgot our Cinnamon Pull Apart, and when we contacted mgr.... to get the forgotten item, he advised his driver claimed he HAD delivered it.... why would we go to the trouble of calling,speaking to me., driving to store, etc, if we had gotten everything we paid for??? Experience ended with manager yellingobscenities at us, unbelievable... hope it's worth losing a customer, all over a $6 item. What a Jerk!! Read more
We are on the fence with this ordering experience. The Papadias we got,Phila cheese & Italian,were good and could order them... again. The pizza we ordered though was supposed to have extra pepperoni but found it to have two pieces with no pepperoni. Ialso saw the pizza maker with no sanitary gloves or hair net on,kind of turned me off seeing that. Read more
