The Baristas here are absolutely AMAZING! They are extremely knowledgeable, swift and quick and very helpful! I had a 130$ order... and the lovely baristas even helped me bring it to my car! I wish this was my local Starbucks. Hands down best service I haveever had at a Starbucks! I wish I got all the baristas names who all helped to shout them out. Highly recommend this Starbucks. As someone also in customer service I know there are good & bad days, however after 3/4 errors consecutively I start to get... irritable. When I ordered my coffee today I asked for a venti iced coffee with classic syrup + white mocha, sweet cream coldfoam & extra caramel sauce around my cup & ontop the cold foam. What I received was certainly not that. White mocha & caramelsauce layered thick in the bottom of the cup? No straw or stirring tool given, assuming I?d be traveling all day how does oneproperly mix their cup filled to the rim? I?m disappointed, not in the friendliness of the staff, nor the efficiency in thedrive thru lane. But the disregard for what a customer specifically asked for, I paid nearly $6 for this drink, as I always do.Assuming your rule of thumb is, if you wouldn?t drink it / eat it don?t serve it?
