My experience was great . The food was delicious , well garnished, hot , fresh and was served in a timely manner. Service form... Jon Corona was excellent. He was very attentive to my parties needs. Plus, he had great knowledge of the menu and made goodsuggestions for bars drinks and food.Jon has a great personality and made our dining experience joyful and relaxing. Our waitress was never really at our table. Ordered 5 drinks and only got 3 straws. When trying to ask for more straws she... completely vanished. Customer service was not all that great. I don't know what's up with the low star reviews. I guess sometimes you have an off experience. I have never had a bad time here... ever! The food has always been amazing and the service as well. This review is about the new ordering kiosks... What a stupid idea! What next? Robots cooking our food? Rosie from the Jetsons... bringing it to us? My server today, Desta, was so awesome, knowledgeable, and personable! Food was excellent! Thanks, humancooks! Desta needs her job. This is going to affect service poorly in the restaurants, and no one will want to eat at Beef'sanymore. Could be your downfall if the decision is to put these kiosks in more restaurants. First, my server Jon was ah-mazing! It happens way to often that I?m left with an empty drink and he must have read that in my... eyes or something because never once did my glass go empty! Which is all I need to give a good review? He was also well versedin the menu and punctual with anything we asked of him. The food was great as well. Wings are to die for!
