I?ve written very few negative reviews in my life because being a service worker I understand how frustrating the industry is.... Usually even if the food is below par, If the service is okay I overlook it. But upon pickup customer service was less thanstellar. I felt like I was treated more as an annoyance than a customer. I know it seems like a bother, but you actually have tointeract with people at your job. I figured whatever, maybe it was a rough night. I?ve been there. Until I got home. This wasprobably the worst pizza I?ve eaten in years. At first glance it may not look the worst, but it was definitely undercooked. Atopping was entirely missing, maybe they ran out? The sauce tasted so bad my stomach actually started turning. Even the smellwas off. I?m not one to turn down a pizza, but this one had to go. I have probably ordered pizza from here countless times in the past year. Mistakes happen and sometimes they mess up an order. I... accept my free pizza, that I still end up paying $9 after delivery fees and move on. But this is inexcusable. My handmade panpizza was literally raw. There was no crust, and the center was just warm dough. It was so raw I could pull it off the pizzaand stretch and mold it into different shapes... I called to let them know and they had the audacity to say it's because of thetoppings and that I should order my pan pizzas well done in the future.... Like seriously, you served me raw dough, that hasegg in it, and you blame it on my Toppings and what style pizza I got?!?! It didn't even look like a pizza, cause one look atthe lack of crust and a flat goey blob that something wasn't right. You literally cut it and put it into a box and was like yeathis is ok to feed someone. The one picture has no cheese on it, that is literally just dough. Then me holding a dough ballthat was slowly stretching to about 6 inches, and one showing the lack of any crust. And that's a handmade pan, you know theone that's suppose to have thick crust.... I really don't know what we going to do with people these days with GPS and they still cannot find an address I Can Only Imagine... when it was no GPS the only thing you have it was a map to use. Today I had a delivery and the driver how to add attitudebecause he couldn't find the address even on the phone splaining him and explain when I make the order they still cannot find itand I'm across the street from them. Not even 1 minute drive like the drivers say after I walk all the way who do all theshopping center the wrong address. but like the driver say it doesn't matter now when I'm trying to explain it to him where'smy shop at. And he want to blame into don't have enough drivers. Order a bacon sausage pizza. When it came, it was burnt. So I called and ordered another one... It arrived burnt. I was told... that was my fault for not ordering extra cheese or extra sauce. When I asked for a manager I got the same person. Who happilyexplained this was my fault. When I asked for owner, she refused and told me, owner was too busy for me....ummm gotcha. The crew at this location are awesome...I pick up a pizza about 1 or 2 times a week...only once it was not stellar...but I don't... get mad...these guys work hard .it's ridiculous how they make 50 pies an hour at times and all people can do is write nastyreviews... I am sure not one nasty reviewer could do what these guys do...no matter what...I tip... because I doubt they arepaid enough for what they have to go through....
