I went late night for my co-workers (Hospital workers). I bought a dozen donuts and 2 coffees. They only put 9 of 12 donuts in... the box which I didn't discover until I arrived back @ work. I called and was told by the manager the male worker said he putall 12 in and she called me a liar stating "people do this all the time for free food". I told her I have no reason to lie aboutthat but that she can keep the donuts I paid for but didn't receive and I haven't returned since. I drive an additional 15minutes to a nicer location now. I've been coming to this Dunkin' donuts since I was very little and and I know how hard these women and men work and the... attitudes they have to deal with on a regular basis And I've never left the review before but I'm going to say that today mydaughter and I went inside and a lady by the name of Tamara was so unbelievably kind. While waiting on an alignment, we went to get some Dunkin... It was GREAT! The workers were friendly, they even had a cancelled... order which they offered us instead of throwing away! This Dunkin was a great experience, Thank u!! Read more
Why can?t I ever order a drink and it get made right? I?m tired of ordering cold foam if I?m not gonna get it because I?m just... wasting my money at this point (online ordering so I know it was charged each time I order cold foam). Half the time the drinkswatered down or not even filled all the way. I would 100% understand if they were busy at the time but they really weren?t as Iwas able to drive right through. It?s just disappointing. Wasted so much money at this point for stuff they don?t fulfill. Read more
Caroline the shift manager in the evening should be stripped of her shift lead title. Im a former Dunkin Store Manager, 7 years... I ran 2 stores. Train your employees the correct way. You know what it?s probably not even her fault. She was most likelythrown into this position without a proper trainer teaching her Dunkin standards. I will never spend another $1 at thislocation though. My drinks were completely different than what I had ordered and I was refused when I asked for them ti beremade. Even though I had my receipt. I asked her to French curlers I got that. And then I asked for a fresh cup of coffee hot coffee. Sugar cream and extra sugar so... this way there was no mix-up. So, I got my coffee and my donuts. Go to my car and taste the coffee it was rancid and I didn'thave time to wait to get another cup of coffee. So I emptied my coffee in the parking lot. Waste the money but at the time Icouldn't stop to get another cup. Read more
