Delicious food beautifully served, attentive service, interesting menu - all pluses. BUT, TERRIBLY NOISY, created by high open... ceiling, thus a 4 instead of 5. Has been that way since first day. Nevertheless, a busy and popular place. Complimented Mgr onfood and as I had on previous visit two years ago, mentioned the noise level. Received same apologetic answer, ? Let me start off with I understand it's Father's Day. They are very busy today. Waiter Jeremy Top Notch. Like I said I... understand very busy today. But no excuse for kitchen staff to let food go out looking like this ( see photos). Worst experienceI've ever had at a First Watch. The food is normally outstanding. But being busy should never lower food quality * added note*member of management reached out and heard my concerns And apologized.And at no time did they try to make excuses. We arrived around 2pm with a large crowd of 14 people and they were able to accommodate us fairly quickly. The staff was overall... very friendly, knowledgeable, especially with some of our guests who were first timers. Ms. Jen was taking care of our table andhelped to make our visit a great experience. Im only giving this a 3 star rating because there was 1) lipstick on the coffee cup we first got, 2) hair in the waffle, & 3)... hair in the bacon. Ruined the experience and visit. The manager gave 50% off one of the bills to compensate. The food otherwisewas amazing, flavorful and filling. We got cold brew and hot coffee and pressed juice which was so good! Read more
First time there this week. I had the traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs, toast, roasted potatoes, and chicken sausage.... Service was very fast and polite. I liked that they give you a small carafe of coffee and a large bottle of water so you can doyour own refills. Everything was excellent and the atmosphere was open and bright. I?ll be back. Read more
Ordered omelets soft and juicy with cheese on top. It arrived dry without the tomatoes and almost no cheese on top. Toast was... overcooked. Others on party liked their skillets. Service very good. Read more
Great food and great service! It was a bit busy on a Sunday afternoon, so be prepared for a good wait. I just ordered a cold... sandwich but waited about 45 minutes to get it at my table. It was pretty good though! Read more
