If I could give a zero I would! The management is horrendous to the younger high school employees. I don't know how the owner... "MAGGIE" could let this continue! Life is hard enough but to continue to let kids gets bullied by the assistant manager "ABBY"and the general manager "GABBY" is unacceptable! Calling employees fat among other things said in regards to one's appearance! Absolutely Blows my mind that would even come out of any managers mouth! Not to mention highly illegal to seclude people to theback of the business due to how they look! THESE MEAN GIRLS NEED CALLED OUT AND HAVE CONSEQUENCES TO THEIR NASTYATTITUDES!!! Ordered ONLINE at their website. The website says gluten free bread is available and you pay an extra fee for the bread. I... ordered it. Paid the extra fee. My order arrives via DoorDash. They CHARGE ME the extra money for GF bread, then write on mybox "we don't have GF bread here" they make the order with the regular bread rather than call me. I call the store speak withsomeone who says she the manager. She doesn't offer me my money back or even to make something else for me, she blames it onDoorDash!! She tells me multiple times to call DoorDash to rectify the problem. I remind her that SHE AND HER STAFF made myorder and that they FAILED to deliver what was ordered. I love grain and berry their bowls and smoothies, pizzas are delicious! I recently ordered a build your own bowl (spirulina) and... was sadly disappointed the color was not as blue as the first few times when I initially purchased it from grain and berry. Uponmy relative eating they stated that the bowl tasted like a mix of a different verity of other fruits, mostly banana that wasused for a filler substitute. My relative has a very sensitive stomach and can not tolerate bannas because they up thierstomach. They were displeased with the bowl, I was disappointed for going out of my way and paying for fresh organic food thatwas not prepared properly. The fruit was loop warm and looked like it could be a little fresher too. It would be verysatisfactory to some what recieve to same service and respect I received upon the first couple of weeks of ordering from grainand berry. I understand that upon busy hours it may not always be presented and prepared the best but the ingredients should bewhat you ordered and are expected to recieve due to the customers specific order instructions. I dont know if it's themanagement or the communication between the managment and the employees or just the employees preparing the food. The qualityand freshness is not as great as in the first few weeks when I ordered from grain and berry. We ordered casadeas and sadlytheydidn't taste as good as the first couple of time upon ordering, my relative ordered one with feta cheese, the cheese smeltrancid, vomit like kind of smell.. I also ordered another casadea later on that month and it was never even heated up vegancheese not event melted.. and or cooked properly. They were busy so I wasnt really paying attention and didn't notice till I gothome and opened it. I was again disappointed. Pretty good and prices are reasonable. The bowl was incredible! Egg Avocado toast was very well done. Smoothie could have been... better, consistency was all wrong and there were large chunks of fruit at the bottom. Otherwise the flavor was great! Stillexcited for a returning trip. Clean shop, plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, and outlets near some of the seating if you needto get work done. Be aware parking here can be very difficult. Worth a visit though! Read more

I can't say enough about this place. My kids loved the banana split, and the Açai bowl I chose was exactly what I was craving.... The portions are HUGE. My kids shared one banana split and still didn't finish it. We'll be back soon! Read more

Just experienced this amazing facility for the first time. I got a tasty açaí bowl, we also tried the caprese avocado toast... and a smoothie. All was well worth the price and the bowl was huge! Watching the staff work was like watching a well oiledmachine and they were cranking out the orders with ease. Will definitely be back! Read more

The Grain and Berry bowl and Seas the Day bowls are amazing! Each bowl is $10.60 each, which isn't the worst price I've seen but... also not the best. The bowls are still 100 percent worth the money, though! You can also "build your bowl" to make it custom forthe same price. Their coffees are super inexpensive, too. I haven't tried any yet, but I've heard from a couple of friends thatthe lattes taste great! Read more

Great place!!! This was my first time at a Grain and Berry so, I didn't know what anything was. The nice cashier explained... everything about the menu and even had samples for me to try the bases!!!! I went with the original Grain and Berry bowl. WOW!It was absolutely delicious!!!!
