I am an infrequent customer here. The food is normally very good and I recommend it. The level of service can be a bit... hot-or-miss. Although the restaurant was not particularly crowded, the service took much longer than it should have been.Overall, though, I do recommend the Grand Plaza Cafe for anyone willing to wait. Read more
