Ordered 3 pizzas .Asked for extra garlic on crust on one of them and must be a garlic salt they use because it was super salty... ????.. and we asked for the sesame seed crust on 2nd. sesame seeds were all over but the crust ???? .we asked for well done 3rdone was just a bit burnt and we all know chard pizza does not taste good at all. unless you like eating charcoal ???? so yupfirst and last !! Store Manager is extremely rude. They brought me the wrong order. Then the driver left and we were told he would be back. Over 2... hours after we placed the order we finally got our food. Then even the second time they still didn't get our order correct. Thestore manager definitely needs to be fired for the way she treats her customers. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! My pizza took almost 2 hours to be delivered. I called the store and got attitude from anyone I spoke to. CHRIS, you?re a... terrible manager if you even are one. Even your employees think so. You have no business being in a customer service role. Forall I know, you guys just passed the phone around from one person to the next to be rude and mean to your customer, like a gameof tag. The pizza itself was okay. My problem is with the service. While everyone at the location I went to was very nice my pizza was... not ready for me when I got there like the app said it was. I still had to wait 20 minutes for my pizza when I got there aftermultiple people ask me my name and my pizza was ready and sitting on the stove. Read more
This location is falling off. Past couple orders haven't been great. The bad: The cinnamon breadsticks you gave us were flat as... paper and hard as a rock. No way you didn't notice what you sent me. I have the pictures of it and will add it later. You guystried me with that. I spend decent money with you and always tip the drivers well but your cooks aren't doing their job. Notonly that but the order took nearly 2 hours to get here and I'm not even that far, your logistics need work. I ordered a lothere in the past couple years but I am going to start trying some other places. I'm really not trying to complain but I hope youcan learn from what you are doing wrong. The good: Easy to order from the app, the drivers are nice. The pizza wasn't horriblebut was pretty meh lately. Hope you guys can bounce back and get it on track. Absolutely terrible experience trying to order a simple pizza, show up hour and a half later set food in an ant pile leave... without knocking. Manager is rude, and unhelpful. Will never order again I hope you close. garbage un professional pizza place Read more
