They close at 9pm not at 12am. Every time this location continuously gets my order wrong, I'm always missing something and/or my... order is not made correctly. When I order from UberEATS, the driver calls me with some issue. Last time, my driver said they'reclosed, and ran out of mashed potatoes, so again my order got cancelled. Read more
Got to this KFC at 10:30pm, they had no KFC chicken left. Decide to order chicken chalupa from taco bell menu, they had no... chicken for the chalupa. What a joke. Don't go here, waste of time. They shouldn't even stay open till 12am if they aren't evenworking. Shut it down. Read more
I love KFC but they messed up my last order completely. No gravy on my potato bowl (how does that even happen?)and 2 legs in my... 2pc meal (the thigh is my favorite.) No utensils or napkins. ???? Every time I come in here, the staff are so rude. Specifically the female managers. They have zero customer service skills, and... I literally have never seen a single one of them smile. They walk around with the grumpiest look on their face and never haveany urgency at all. And they never honor the survey coupon on the backs of their receipts which states you get a free chickensandwich when you buy one. They "try" to put the code in and say it don't work. Even when I show them the screenshot from theactual survey website. And these are always brand new, never redeemed before, and well within the 30 day period that they'resupposed to be good for so those are not the issue. They always just mumble that it don't work and walk off and let the cashiertry again and then attempt to cash me out full price. No! How about you don't run a promotion if you don't honor it?! If youdon't want my money then I'll go somewhere else that does. And is it really that hard to look at least the tiniest bit friendly?I know they probably hate their job, but don't take that out on the customers who are paying for your paycheck. You have lost meas a customer, and I always now tell people I know to not go there either. Even if you do go there, have fun waiting at thefront counter for at least 5 minutes if not longer for someone to finally come and take your order, even though 3 or 4 other"workers" have already seen you and just ignore you. This place is awful, and a horrible representation of what Colonel Sandersstood for.
