First off the morning shift is always nice when I go in. The later the day crews seem to have an attitude or not care about the... customers. Distracted chit chatting, joking around, ignoring people. I've worked in the food industry too but I knew when andhow to keep things professional. And never rude to customers. I've noticed that the people that go in for Uber Eats or in thedrive thru get treated awful. I've heard so many stories (from uber Eats drivers) and none of them have been good so far. Read more

I've officially had it with this McDonald's. I have tried every way of ordering to see if my order would be right at least once.... I've done mobile order, drive thru, going in the store, doesn't matter. My order never is correct. In the drive thru, I check myorder on the screen and correct the person multiple times, I still end up missing items. Today was the last straw. Not only didI have to correct the drive thru person twice, but I also had to go in the store for a missing sandwich. Once I got home, Inoticed that my kids drinks weren't in their happy meals so then I had to drive back. So I had to correct the drive thru persontwice and I had to go back in the restaurant twice for a simple McDonald's order. And of course no one was phased when I came into get my missing items (both times) but all I got was a simple "sorry about that" as I left on my second trip. I will never goback. Ever. If my kids beg for McDonald's, I'll drive to the other one that's like 10 minutes away. Read more

This McDonald?s is the worst, don?t even get me started with the service. But let?s talk about how the shake and ice cream... machine has been down for 4 to 5 months straight. Not like they?re just cleaning it for the night like it?s permanently. Beenbroken for for five months easily. They?re either not excepting orders late at night except for mobile orders. I commend the employee of this location for being professional, kind and pleasant. I guess the owner decided to stay open... during hurricane Ian when all others decided to close. The line for the drive thru was out of the parking lot and stretched upUS19. In a day when good customer service is hard to find. You guys rock, keep up the good work. I will definately be back. The kid at the drive thru just acted like he didn't wanna be there. Didn't feel welcome but everything was there so it wasn't... too bad. Plus the older lady was SUPER nice. Sorry I can't remember their names. Read more

I went today and picked up an order through the drive thru, I explained with the happy meals I wanted extra fries with them... instead of the apple slices (the receipt attached to the comment shows the extra fries) I had to pull into the curbside parkingspot to wait for some of the food. I checked the happy meals and there wasn?t extra fries ???? on each happy meal. I told theyoung guy that they weren?t I. There and I showed him the receipt. He went and grabbed them for me without an issue. When hecame back he stated that the manager said next time I have to tell them I want extra fries. I told him I did as you can see thereceipt shows it and he said yeah and said remember that next time it?s a new policy. They made it seem like I was a liar andthat wasn?t right over extra fries and whoever made the order made the mistake not me. This isn?t the first time this locationhas messed up an order. Read more

It's clear that most of the 5 ,star reviews on here are paid reviews because this place is atrocious. I really don't have high... expectations of fast food most of the time but this was a completely different level of incompetence. I ordered an iced coffeeand mcdouble. That's it. I get over charged twice. The lady at the second window told and I quote " I sorry, my people in theback are not making my food." I asked for a refund for the order and who I'm assuming is an assistant manager or manager I'm notsure, asked me for my card for the refund and then after issuing it, threw it and the receipt back in car window and said have agreat night. Insane.. I see inside the window and the staff is just talking to their friends and playing on their phones. This photo is literally the same group of cars for 15 minutes now. You guys need.to get your stuff together or close down. Read more
