Things could be run a lot better in this location, multiple times they've messed up our unsweetened tea as sweet tea, along with... forgot about my order while inside. I went inside to pickup a happy meal order and I had to remind the staff twice in over 25minutes about my order. Once we got our food it was up to standard. As of recently the staff tend to give odd service, where itseems like good intentions but the delivery tends to be rude or unspoken. Food has gotten worse and cold compared to what itonce was. I was picking up food for my husband and it was busy but Kai was amazing! They helped everybody as fast and as friendly as... possible. In the morning and early afternoon they're one of the best and food is always on point and fresh, I get home and my fries are... still hot! The night shift is just the complete opposite of that, from missing sandwiches to food being carelessly handled andmos of the staff look like they hate working there or something and everyone is always on their phone meanwhile I'm waiting formy food at the window. This store is absolutely filthy. Nuggets and other food scraps on the floor, no tables have been wiped down, and garbage left on... tables. Half of the order kiosks were either non responsive or missing the card reader. I tried scanning my app to earn pointsfor my order and every time it showed me a error message. With the absolute filth and the non responsive kiosk, this locationwill not be getting my money. Read more
